Web Analytics

As a full-service digital agency, data underpins almost every project we deliver - and web analytics data is one of the richest, most valuable assets we have.

We use web analytics data to identify poorly performing aspects of web sites as part of our conversion optimisation work.  The next step is normally to set up discrete experiments on the live web site to test potential improvements to a site's performance.

Web analytics also has an important role in media planning and buying across display and search marketing campaigns.  Integration with campaign data allows us to plan campaigns on broader metrics than simple cost per acquisition - for instance we can measure the depth of a user's interaction with a website through time on site or pages viewed and tie this back to specific media buys.

We are Authorised Consultants for Google Analytics and Google Website Optimiser, but we have experience with a broad range of packages including Yahoo Web Analytics, Webtrends, Touch Clarity, HBX Analytics and ClickDensity.
