We spent time defining the key target audiences who will use the site - developing these findings into a flawless user journey to address every single one of their needs.

We then took all of this research and used it to create a clean, simple, eye-catching design that really elevates the Airparks brand and improves the user experience - driving more people to purchase.

The process we followed fully echoes our ethos of joined up digital thinking - with our user experience, design and technical teams fully collaborating to achieve the end result.

The result was significant increases in site traffic and an improvement in conversion rates, particularly those from paid search.
